Remember back to December when I discovered my Pineapple plant was fruiting again. This is the 4th Pineapple I have had from the one plant. Well One of them I didn’t get as the Brush-tailed Possums found it before I could harvest my *crop. *the term crop loosely applied.
It still had it’s pretty purple flowers.
Fast forward to the end of January’s Last on the Card. Cute as a button.
The Pineapple didn’t grow much bigger and I let it ripen on the plant. The top was bigger than the fruit. That top will go into the Pineapple *plantation. *the term plantation loosely applied

I love vanilla ice cream and fresh pineapple. I lashed out on an expensive tub of ice cream. $12 for 1 litre
Yes it is very yummy, Look at the juiciness, plump pineapple pieces on an exotic tasting real vanilla bean ice cream
I know a good place to eat pineapple called Kokomo
