Abstracts – water and things

The Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #74: Abstract
Bren’s Photo for the Week #48: Water
Ragtag Daily Prompt Monday: Ponder

I did ponder what I could post for abstract. I often take a photo and it isn’t quite right for the original subject but gets kept as it has a certain “quality” that I like. Some are deliberate like the water shots in this gallery others are well, I’ll let you be the judge.

These couple of water photos are just as I took them. No editing or enhancements at all. Just the reflection of the boat or wharf or whatever was beside me when I took the images.

This one has been manipulated. I like the colours and shapes with a bit of added pixelation.191203_blog_challenge_abstract_branch_tree
The garden behind a fence. I thought of straightening the photo but the slight angle adds a bit don’t you think?191203_blog_challenge_abstract_fence_garden_red

Monochrome Fine Art

The Photo for the Week – 39: Monochrome Fine Art

I am not sure if I have the right photos for this challenge –
“So for your submission, this week, join me on the fine art photography challenge. Fine art is generally darkened images, showing a glimmer of light to the building or subject.”

Here is my selection. Your comments are welcome
