Some old and some new pinks

Summer Still Colour Challenge June: #Pink

Since Judes pink colour challenge I thought I would have a look around and see what I could find. A selection of pinks you may have seen before and some you won’t have I hope. Of course there is going to be lots of flowers some with a bonus flower friend.

Yes at this stage we were leading the yacht race

Yes I know, if you have to say it, say it

      1. Ah, reminds me of the time I was sailing through the Straits of Juan de Fuca, between Vancouver Island and Washington State. A helicopter flew over and was taking video of us. Turned out it there was a big yacht race going on and we appeared to be leading, well until a pod of orcas swam by and I ran to get my camera, abandoning any semblance of decent sailing!

  1. Exquisite pink florals, Brian!! I do love that sailboat scene! Stay warm as winter settles in. Next Sunday, I’m posting for the solstice, and I would love to know how much light you have this time of year. Have a great week.

    1. Thanks janet. Glad you had a few favourites. The Scarlet Honeyeater is the smallest Honeyeater. It is on a Pink Euodia tree 🙂 🙂
