Last Photo for November 2023
Your last photo doesn’t have to be on the very last day of the month if you didn’t take any photos on that day. Maybe it was earlier in the month when the last photo was taken.
So let’s see what you have for November
The rules are simple:
1. Post the last photo on your SD card or last photo on your phone for the 30th November or whenever your last photo was taken.
2. No editing – who cares if it is out of focus, not framed as you would like or the subject matter didn’t cooperate.
3. You don’t have to have any explanations, just the photo will do
4. Create a Pingback to this post or link in the comments
5. Use the tags The Last Photo and #LastOnTheCard
Here’s mine. Last months photos were another mixed bag.
From my Samsung Galaxy S9
From my Canon PowerShot SX70HS
From my Canon EOS 1300D
Isn’t that amazing. I love surprises like that especially pretty little flowers. Thanks for joining in Louis 🙂 🙂

The tail of the bird does it for me. It hints at the fact that for all the beautiful bird photos you show on your blog there must be so many more that show fractions of birds or blurry birds etc. 😃

Yes it is like that. For every photo on my blog there may be a couple not used and a couple deleted. Or in the case of insect photos at 10frames/sec, lots not used and lots deleted 😂
I actually took that tail feather photo on purpose to show the tails feathers colours 😁

A fine pattern of leaves, a mysterious tail and is that homemade bread? Yum

Another photo of the trees at sunrise is on This is my November post, the mysterious tail is revealed there as well and yes my bread. I have been making bread since we first came here.
Bread making was very handy with a family of five and the shops 38kms away 🙂

I will look at the other post too. Yes we used to make bread when we lived in Wales and town was a long round trip away. Lovely…except it was so nice we kept eating it up and having to make more! ☺️

It was a problem when the kids were young. The bread just disappeared quickly. I suspect that some of it was snuck off to feed pets over the years.

Apparently I haven’t got to grips with pingbacks. I have no idea why so much of my actual post showed up. Sorry Brian!

I like the nature shot, but am drawn to the homemade bread. 🙂 I’m guessing that is one of your colorful parrot’s tails in the middle photo?

Thank you. Yes a Lorikeets tail. I was very drawn to the bread as well as the aroma spilled through the house 😋

Thought so. My mom nor I never made bread, but I am sure I would polish off a whole loaf of warm bread slathered in butter. Years ago a neighbor got a bread machine from one of their kids for Christmas. Since they were retired, they made a fresh loaf every morning. Soon their pants didn’t fit, so they stopped using it. 🙂

Most welcome Rebecca. There should have been more pumpkins of dismay posted not just the “oh look at pretty me, all lights and precision carving” postings of pumpkin perfection 😀

Hi Brian, thanks for hosting Last on the card. There is something very compelling in the image of the parrot tailfeathers 🙂 You’ve already read my post but I thought I would share the link here: https://secondwindleisure.com/2023/12/03/sunday-stills-waiting-for-peace/

Most welcome Terri, who would have thought a whimsical idea three years ago – the first Last Photo was January 2020 for peoples 31/12 photos – would have become popular 😁
The tail feathers of Rainbow Lorikeets are lovely greens and yellows.
Thanks for the shout out on your site. I am sure some people pop over with their last photos from yours 🤗

Love the bird tail photo. I finally high-tailed it over here to say YUM. If I had smell-o-vision it would be even better. Is that sourdough? I love the little butter dish container too! Despite my poor time management skills, I remembered to join in on the fun again. https://www.quaintrevival.com/the-december-post-i-ran-out-of-time-finding-a-title-for/

Thanks Shelley. Not sourdough just my blend of bread flours. I had been looking for antique butter dishes for a while but they are expensive or chipped. I found this one online for $A9.00!!
I’ll pop over soonish – looking at my time management 😂

What a wonderful score for you and your butter!! We need to come up with a fun term for blogging time management…I have that problem OFTEN! 🥳😉
