I found this quote and I had to use a recent photo of a Blue-banded Bee in my garden

Blue-banded Bees are so cute. As with most Australian bees, they don’t sting 🙂

I didn’t know that. Well, then he is REALLY cute.

With the tiny Stingless Native Bee, my daughter used to pick them off flowers and put them on other flowers when she was about three. She liked to help 🐝🌻 😁

I never even thought about bees napping. They’re so industrious.

The Australian Native Bees seem to do it more than European Bees as they aren’t into an active hive system. Bees like the Blue-banded Bees and a lot of the native bees are solitary bees and have a “nest” in the ground

Interesting. Certainly, napping in a hive would be a challenge!

Oh, happy bee. Taking a nap in the open seems rather bold.

It is among the leaves of the Yellow Dietis and isn’t there for long. It’s amazing what a micro sleep can do even when you are micro yourself 🙂

Not even a nanna nap in the afternoon?

Never. I can’t understand how to do it (I’m not brilliant at night either)

Sleeping is fundamental to well being. How many hours a night do you get?

It depends. Six or so, I suppose, but very broken up. I seem to be used to it. Story of my life.

That’s not good but as long as the related health issues with a lack of sleep aren’t there.
