Cee’s Black & White Challenge: In or On Water
A trawler set off for the night
Getting over the river bar can be dangerous
Always on the water hunting
Sunset on the water
I went looking for something in the water and found an Eastern Yellow Robin
But I really wanted some fish. I found an old photo and thought make it black and white but then things took a life of their own. Here is a couple of Goldfish
These are all so beautiful! I especially like the sunset with its strong horizontal and vertical bright lines.

The second boat almost makes me seasick. Reminds me of the channel crossing to Catalina Island from San Pedro. I like the touch of yellow on the tripod at the bow, though.

It was a bit of a rough crossing. I was surprised they were going out but they made it easily in a fashion

I love the bird looking as though it’s about to dive in the birdbath.
By the way, going back to our weekend conversation – I finally found a use for Image Compare – it was perfect as a response to GC’s Wednesday Prompt, in fact it could have been made just for that! I also found a way around the annoying inflexibility of text – convert to blocks when satisfied! 😂

Heron are so beautiful! Enjoyed the ride, Brian. One of our choppiest ever was in the Azores, but at least the sky was blue.

I really love the first and fourth shot, of the sea. Which says a lot because I rarely like b&w photos. 🙂
