Our Moon and some clouds

Sunday Stills: #Light the Night

On Sunday night, the full moon rose over the hill and a scattering of clouds helped the Moon light the night

It was a very bright Moon (sorry about quality – hand held)

The clouds tried to cover our Moon

The scattered clouds allowed some Moon #Light to shine through

I love taking photos of Our Moon

In case you wonder why I call it Our Moon as the Moon belongs to no one and is not some sort of mining resource that some nations on this ruined planet seem to think. OUR MOON is a source of love, light and wonder since humans looked to the skies. OUR MOON controls our seas, weather and the moods of humans and it should be left to continue being so.

  1. So well said Nature Man!
“OUR MOON is a source of love, light and wonder since humans looked to the skies.”
The moon (as I am sure you know but want to add it) also impacts insects, worms, crops, animals, human body, etc.

Also, your photos from the hand held are good – even more appreciated because we had rain during our full moon (it was the 15 hour+ super moon) and I was at Clare’s blog for lunar love and now your post.

Nice choice for the theme (and hopefully no typos today)

    1. Thanks Yvette πŸ™‚ I didn’t want to go overboard with Moon info. What a pity it was a rainy cloudy night for you. The clouds made for more interest with our Moon here πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
