Waterlilies are one of my favourite flowers to photograph. I think the leaves, flowers with water makes it special.

So you didn’t get the Bill & Ted reference then?

No sorry Jez……a big day and rather tired even though I still wouldn’t have gotten the reference. Only seen it once years ago

It’s when they are on stage at the end talking about Scocrates and how his time in histiry was “most tranquil”; going to have to watch it again soon 😃

Wow, lovely lilies, Brian. Is it from the Lily Pond in Victoria? What’s the name of the Pond? I asked someone once but didn’t write it down. Fabulous choice!

miss ya my friend – be over very soon to catch up – your top dog post for Sunday stills prompted me to post today – haha – so thx for the motivation
and I will be back to comment there – but for some reason the post took forever to load – I was mobile so maybe that was part of it.

and seriously – just what I needed – so thanks again
and ironically – it was April when Cody passed and I think April when I reached out to you with the rooster photo….
so a bit of an anniversary month for this topic and for connecting – love when this kind of stuff lines up

A strange month indeed Yvette. My baby dies on 10/4 K’s baby died on 25/4 so it’s the saddest month of the year

I am so sorry to hear that – and there are proms about April being a cruel month – and think they were taking weather – but seems the anniversary of some tough goodbyes as well!
Side note – my two sisters have April birthdays and a few others we know – so that brings us a splash of joy each year

My sisters are Gemini and never bring joy. I guess when Easter is in April that’s good….mmmmmm….chocolate…..(insert more drool here)
