Blue Ginger

Inspired by last weeks Mundane Monday Challenge I took this photo yesterday for this weeks Mundane Monday Challenge #133

The Blue Ginger has always held a fascination whether it id a bee or spider on the flower or just the majesty of the tall brilliant blue flower scattered throughout the garden. This is a different view of a Blue Ginger flower, before the many small flowers open.

Mundane Monday Challenge #130: Wisteria

My bestie has a wonderful arbour arc covered in a Wisteria. Trying to photograph wisteria has its challenges. Trying to capture the long hanging blooms makes you twist this way and that, stand back, go in close, shoot upwards or downwards. What do you think is best?

You can go in close

You can look at the jumble of flowers

If you are lucky a passing Wanderer Butterfly might help

Or do you crop just for the Wanderer and ignore the flowers

Mundane Monday Challenge #126

I sat on the back steps and noticed a leaf changing colour in the Bottlebrush lit by sunlight. After I transferred the photos from my camera to the computer, I noticed I had been photo bombed by a bee.
