Love this a lot. Could you maybe give me a name or place to find one of those Dreamtime stories? Or are they personal?

Thank you, Bushboy. South Africa has also a treasure of these wonderful stories the older folk tell their children and grand children. One can listen over and over to these stories.

The stories handed down verbally from the ancients are so good

These are remarkable doors, Brian. I love the detail in the etching and the freely flowing layout. I could study them for a while. Thanks for the link to the older post and the Dreamtime stories.

Most welcome Dan. I have sat in the seats in the gallery and looked at the door more than the art on that level 😁

What an excellent idea for a door in an art gallery – those indigenous designs work so well as etchings.

It is a fabulous door. I wonder how many people who go that level to view the art on display, also look at the door 🤔

I’ll bet that Dan doesn’t see many doors with etchings on Thursday Doors – this is very unique!
