Being on the hill helps make that church rather an imposing sight

Maclean looks like a really cool place.

It’s a small town but does have a bit of character

The top photo makes it look like a rocket ship about to take you to meet your maker, which I guess it is in a way.

The church is on the top of the hill. Even from street level it towers. It would be funny to be inside and start a countdown

A classic church and doors.

It is a standard design for sure

Although a rather plain and modest door, it somehow seem fitting.

Yes quite plain and modest. Not the usual for a Catholic church

I love the photos of this beautiful church. Your first photo, and the shape and and features lift our view upwards, as the architecture of many churches was meant to do. I really like the close up of the door and the stone entrance. The simple lines in the door, the details in the stone work are wonderful to look at. I could stare at that for a long time. I think you definitely saved the best for last.

Oh wow that is majestic. Great photo and I love your towering first photo’s perspective. Great stone work on the facade! Excellent!

I love the stone work and the perspective of height from almost directly beneath. It sure makes for a good photo

The stonework around the door is beautiful. The first shot has really cool perspective. Was limbo involved?

Buildings had style in the 19th century. No limbo involved. Far enough down the hill to look up without any neck strain as well 😁
That was a good limbo face plant 😂
