Going to the movies (the front doors)

Dan’s Thursday Doors

The Saraton Theatre Grafton is Australia’s largest (950 seat) and oldest heritage-listed theatre and cinema. A National Trust top award winning, restored, 1926 Art Deco iconic theatre.
The name comes from the Greek immigrant family who settled in Grafton running various businesses, the Notaras family.
The building has gone through many renovations. One was necessary after a fire in the projection room.
The last renovation in 2020 saw the addition of two further screen rooms making it a three screen theatre with new seats.

    1. I’m very skinny 😂
It’s positioning when the doors frame is wide for head on photos. The one with a lot of the doors is taken on an angle.
No one needs to see my tubbiness 😁

  1. Gorgeous doors, and so good that the theater has survived and is cared for. At the place I lived in Washington State, there was an old theater downtown that got revived and fixed up and it was an absolute jewel!
