The green doors (of Grafton)

Dans Thursday Doors

I did a walk around part of town last weekend where there are the older buildings.
These are the doors of the Cathedral Ministry building, the old Sheriffs Office and the Court House. It looks like the historical colour of these doors was green.

First up are the doors of the Court House built 1880

All the doors along the side verandah. The other side of the building is similar.

  1. Great doors and an excellent choice to focus on green doors today! Love the cathedral doors especially the one with glass panes. Nice share and your choice of song…is perfection. Great share. I like your themed approach to sharing doors.

    1. Thanks ever so much Suzette 😀 I have seen others who have themed door posts and this was chance for me to do one.
The cathedral ministry doors are so good especially the double doors with the screen doors

  2. The building and its doors look pristine. That is one of the characteristic I’ve noticed about AU is that everything stays in good repair. I love the deep green with the red brick. 🙂

      1. Doors, especially old ones need cleaning and painting almost as soon as you finish the job. At the Winchester House in San Jose, that is exactly what they do. It’s a constant painting job. Brick makes it a little easier.
