Dans Thursday Doors
Again a hunt for doors through some old folders.
This week is courtesy of Tasmania 2019. Of course I have no idea where,
OK I could if I went back find the 2019 diary and that’s if it hasn’t left on
a date.
The first door is a barn door with horseshoe rollers. Quite old, but the
“lock” has been updated.
I wonder what’s behind door #1?

The second are doors with a bit of colour. I reckon that the people sized
door had been boarded over so it has been refurbished and functional
again. The piece of red corrugated iron lifts the rust to contrast with the
yellow.
I wonder what’s behind door #2?

These aren’t in the back lanes or in the industrial parts. Look like stables
in days gone by or the entrance or way in with your carriage. A very well
refurbished door with a lot of the original door and hardware still there.
I wonder what’s behind door #3?
The only one I know whats behind the door, as it’s on the door. It is a restaurant.

Loved the door images, simple but strikingly in good shape.

These are great doors. It would be good to know what is and what has been behind them. I imagine they’ve seen much over the years.

The door within a door is always fun and the restaurant doors are certainly unique.

I like a people door within the bigger doors that are for???? I noticed that only one door opens for the restaurant as there is one huge door chock on the RHS

Nice doors. I like the rollers of the first one and the little yellow door in the second. Is that a menu on the third door?
