Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Anything Small
A Small Green-banded Blue Butterfly enjoying the nectar that the Ivory Curl flower provided free to insects.

I don’t know what I prefer more, the arrow design on its back or the sombrero on the left wing of this Transverse Lady Beetle, who looks enormous on grass seeds.

This is the Bee section
A Blue-banded Bee has only eyes for one thing as he zooms toward the open, waiting flower

Another tiny bee found at Glen Innes Show

The Scarlet Honeyeater, the smallest Honeyeater in Australia, perched on a Bottlebrush flower

Birds, Bees, Butterflies – you’ve got it all! 😄 Oh, and a ladybug with great markings!

I love how the Honeyeater matches his flower 😀 It’s probably not an accident, either. Birds see color — MORE color than we do.
