I came across a few black and white photos taken around my place a while ago. I had forgotten I had taken them. This is the old farm ute that still keeps going with a bit of bush mechanical work. When I start Old Smokey up, true to her name, she blows a bit of smoke but is always ready to head into the bush to get some firewood or just to have a look around.

It’s a hybrid – Datsun tailgate and it has Nissan on the front. The crossover and forerunner to the T64 I think

Ute is short for utility. Basically a car with a cabin and a tray back. Now a days they big vehicles
