Lost in Translations Pick a Word
Paula’s words this month are quite varied giving you a chance to show different styles, parts of the world or around your place. That’s why I love this photo challenge so much.
TRIBUTE

WADING

TOWNSCAPE

HARBOUR

BOKEH

How did I go this month. I know I have other photos that I prefer it’s just my present computer predicament that has me befuddled. If I get it sorted I might even have another go just for fun. Isn’t that what photo challenges should be?
The first is my favourite, Brian. Where is that? And is the townscape in Croatia? It doesn’t look at all familiar. Of course you can have another go when you’ve defeated the demon computer π₯Ίπ

Well spotted Jo. It is Split in Croatia
The first one is an electric Flame of Remembrance in B&W. I know I have a colour version somewhere. Would have looked good in a slider. π€β€οΈ

And I will have a look at another entry, if you decide to post, even if you close comments ;). I like this post. The upper perspective in townscape (really nice!), tones of my favourite soothing colour in bokeh :). Thank you, Brian. Nice to have you around.

Thanks Paula. That view of Split from the bell tower is fantastic. I wish I had taken more photos from the tower. It is lovely to have you around as well Paula x

Oh I was in Split and got some great pictures from the bell tower but I still couldn’t recognize it from the view you’ve posted π. If you’d like to read about my trip, you can find the posts on my travel blog – https://reflectionsontheriver.wordpress.com/tag/Split

Nice selection Brian. Sounds like you’re still stuck with computer problems. I hope you can get past them soon.

Thanks Graham. I am getting around most things a long way instead of the usual easy programs I could access
