Walking Squares #17 – Decisions and a Shadow

Becky’s #WalkingSquares

Today was another doing day as well as a not much as the heat of the day sent me inside.

I didn’t take many photos. In the late afternoon I heard a Tawny Frogmouth in the bush near the house so I went to see if I could find it. The Frogmouth was deep into bush unfortunately otherwise todays photo would have been a lot different.

Here I am deciding what needs doing in the late afternoon. Watering the garden won out

    1. It is getting hotter and drier over the past week so garden watering is back on the to do list.
I didn’t know what I was going to post and then my shadow said what about me 🙂 🙂

        1. I am getti8ng behind in squares postings as I am not walking about every day. I should see what I can do in a walk today but it will just be around here again probably 🙂

  1. Never mind the photo (although it’s an impressively tall shadow) – but I like the name of that bird (had to check whether you were talking about a bird). I just can’t help grinning. From ear to ear. Like a frog. 😁

    1. Tawny Frogmouths are one of my favourites. I found one on a fence post, just walked up and gave it a pat. It just sat there with it’s I look like a branch camouflage 🙂

      1. I’m so glad! Legs are a good thing. Legs are one of my better features-or we’re. Men’s legs legs usually age better than women’s. My husband has gorgeous legs but he doesn’t think so.

    1. Thanks Becky. That was the best of “how to pose your shadow”. I agree. Today wasn’t that bad and it rained in the evening so that’s a garden water I don’t have to do tomorrow 🙂
