Your first one was just fine, but I like what you did with this one, Brian! Who doesn’t love that song? Thanks for the earworm! All mysteriously beautiful but I love the jack o’lantern tree the best!

Thank you Terri. That is a very old tree. The original marks were made by tree fellers cutting a notch to insert a plank so the could get higher and cut the tree probably with an axe. Over time the rest of the tree fell away leaving that great looking fellow 🙂

I had one on my place. It was only half the tree really. I looked after it until a huge windstorm blew it over

Thanks Graham. A twisted old Paperbark under street lights was a photo I had to take. I didn’t change the settings for street lights and love the greenish hue that resulted
