I remember my momβs and grandmotherβs rotary phones! So vivid and those phones are gone now.

Ah, golden days. Life was simpler then. I remember my family shared a party line with neighbors and you’d pick the phone up to make a call and hear them in mid-conversation!

The joke in this household is that if the NSA is listening in they would quit their jobs to escape the banal or downright insane conversations!
