John’s Cellpic Sunday
This Margaret Olley’s hat

Margaret Olley was a famous Australian artist. When she died, her house and contents were carefully recreated in the Tweed Art Gallery, even as you can see in the above photo, cigarette butts in an ashtray.

Here are a few views from inside of her house in the gallery. Have a peek through the windows

Aaaaahhh … and I complain to my husband about clutter š

This Margaret had a hat something like that: my school panama hat. And it’s only in the last ten years that I’ve disposed of it. So you can see I resemble Margaret Otley in some other ways too š

I don’t believe your house would look like Margaret Olleys though. Pity about the hat š

Clutter in abundance, but I like some clutter, I think it shows you have a life

And I thought I live in a cluttered house! I’m glad my post made you think of her and her hat. Interesting collection of images. I’ll have to go online and check out some of her work.

A veritable treasure trove of interesting bits and pieces. One could spend a day or two examining everything there.

It does take a bit of time to look through the windows to see everything š
