Last on the Card – March 2022

Last Photo for March 2022

How good was last months lot of photos. Let’s do it again. A month of rain hasn’t really inspired me to get out and take photos. I think I have excelled at getting duds for my last photos this month.

The rules are simple:
1. Post the last photo on your SD card or last photo on your phone for the 31st March.
2. No editing – who cares if it is out of focus, not framed as you would like or the subject matter didn’t cooperate.
3. You don’t have to have any explanations, just the photo will do
4. Create a Pingback to this post or link in the comments
5. Tag “The Last Photo”

  1. The sculpture is from a few days back (when the weather was still agreeing to bike rides) and Henry is from yesterday morning when I tried to get ready for work … 😁 – Is it raining in your part of the world?

    1. It was absolutely pouring down for over a week. So many places have flooded twice. Today was a fine sunny day. It just started to rain again tonight. A treat to have Henry as the last photo Elke 🙂

      1. I knew you would like him. After having glorious spring weather, not a cloud in sight and really warming up, we have snow chaos in some parts of Germany. Here, the southwest usually being a bit milder than in the rest of the country, it is raining and snowing right now. Not quite cold enough for real snow, just enough to be really uncomfortable.

        1. Last week, morning were really cold and cycling home in the afternoon I was sweating profusely, yet it was still not warm enough to go completely without jacket. So: Yes, I agree!

  2. I had one perfect “last shot” except it wasn’t the last shot. It was an empty bird feeder, the bird having taken wing exactly as I got the camera up to my eye. I get a LOT of those pictures! The fuzzy ones are almost always because I’m actually not taking a picture, but I forgot to turn the camera off and hit the shutter accidentally.

I sort of wish those WERE the last shots. They are so much more entertaining than the real ones. Anyway, it will be up tomorrow.

    1. It is a bit of a jungle looking I guess. Thanks for the fungi name. Only two and one was already in decline. I don’t like mushrooms at the best of times so wouldn’t really fancy having a munch after the flies had their go 🙂

      1. Morel’s are usually maggot infested – you have to put them in salt water before you cook them😂 I see the old BBC spaghetti joke turned up in the conversation 🤣👍
