Last on the Card – December 2021

Last Photo for December 2021

Here I am at the end of 2021 just about to start the third year of Last on the Card. I cannot believe how you have taken this random thought in January 2020 to heart and making it a photo challenge which is mainly for fun. Yes I do love the dud photos, those that you would never want to show anyone but have the bravery of not being precious about what you do to show us your photos. I would like to thank you ever so much for your support no matter if you post every month or when you can.

Like a lot of people I forget and am surprised at what was the last photo on the three devices I use to take photos. I went from –

  • finding lots of frogs
  • to getting a bit too close
  • to a bit of focus would be better

So let’s see what you have for December 2021

The rules are simple:
1. Post the last photo on your SD card or last photo on your phone for the 31st December.
2. No editing – who cares if it is out of focus, not framed as you would like or the subject matter didn’t cooperate.
3. You don’t have to have any explanations, just the photo will do
4. Create a Pingback to this post or link in the comments
5. Tag “The Last Photo”

  1. Haha, brilliant trio. Just make sure you fix the date in the rules. It mentions June. 😀

I posted my last one in my yesterday’s post, I just checked! Apparently I didn’t take any photos with my camera since Christmas. :p But I took one with my phone last night and I’ll post that one. Be well!

  2. Lovely! Although I don’t always join in I appreciate the idea and friends who don’t blog sometimes send me their ‘last on the card’ in a message. So your challenge has ripples beyond WordPress! Happy New Year!

    1. They are so lovely to have around and their calls at night can be rather repetitive. K and I make up what they are saying for fun 🐸 😂

  3. It got a little complicated because I had already downloaded the pictures on 12/30, but fortunately, all my photos titles include the date they were taken.

Great frogs and fine nose of cow 😀 Happy New Year!

    1. Thanks Tina 🙂 There are lots of Green Tree frogs about at the moment that’s for sure. That was next door bull and I was a bit worried when he decided to come over a bit too close for my liking 🙂

  4. Fabulous frogs, BB. I also love your bird pictures you shared on one of the next posts. So many little ones with their mouths open. I’ve never seen so many. To see one is a miracle, and here you are with a gaggle of gaping mouths.

  5. That’s one helluva collection of frogs! A good looking beastie in the second shot – bought my mother-in-law a cow of similar breed for my Lobola 😉 Got the usual football shot to kick off and then there was a sunrise over London 🙂
