I have no idea what kind of bird it is, but he’s quite spectacular.

He was named by a very inventive scientist. He is a Blue-faced Honeyeater. Took a long hard think to come up with that name 😂

I guess Agapanthus are related in shape. I have never known a honeyeater feeding from them before.
