I forgot Jimi could do mellow…

It is a fishing buoy that I have in my dam to keep the foot valve from the bottom mud in the dam 🙂 🙂

It almost looks like it might contain a delicious Vietnamese meal or something.

Beautiful reflection. I photographed ducks with their reflections this week. : )

Thanks Rebecca. I love trying to get ducks and their reflections too as long as they are just siting or slowly paddling 🙂 🙂

Yes, one of my blogging friends catches them on the wing, but I don’t have the skill or equipment for that. 🙂

Great shot and I’m glad you told us what it was. Looked like a tagine at first but I didn’t think it would float if it were. Jimi’s music was just perfect as well, I’d forgotten how he could do soft and smoochy.

Thank you Mari. Glad you like both the photo and one of my favourite of Jimis songs 🙂 🙂

Just to let you know we are having an exhibition of unseen Jimi Hendrix photos here on the Isle of Wight where he appeared in the first Pop Festival way back in 1967. There’s a statue of him in the town where the exhibition will take place. I shall go, of course, may report back in a blog.

Looks like an unexploded WWII bomb. The floating bit, not Jimi. 🙂

For once a Jimi song that doesn’t have exploding bombs 🙂 🙂

Wonderful to hear Jimi first thing on a Sunday morning!
The buoy certainly looks relaxed! Is this ‘reflective’ of the way you are feeling atm?
