It’s my country comfort

The Ragtag Daily Prompt Thursday: Country Comfort

Have a listen while you enjoy my country comfort

The road to my place. In this post I haven’t included so much that happens here to keep it brief, no butterflies or insects, a few birds, no garden flowers, no bush views, I hope you don’t mind.

Mt country comfort in the bush

My favourite place to go and relax and enjoy the bush, the sounds and the birds

How I communicate with the world

The sheds are a place of work and contemplation

The garden relaxes

Some days I actually see sunrise

There is always visitors who come to the verandah and say g’day A male Satin Bowerbird drops in and is usually followed by a female or two. I can tell when the mountains are getting a bit cooler when the Bowerbirds come down from the mountains and settle here for Winter.

Tiny the King Parrot enjoys coming to the house to make sure I am OK. Not really, he’s just looking for snacks.

Sometimes a stranger wants to see why the verandah is special. A Wonga Pigeon was a first time visitor to the garden a few years ago. I hope they return this year.

Sometimes the king Parrots are quite curious on what I am doing around the place

The place to sit and relax and enjoy the country comfort. When are you going to drop in?
