The Ragtag Daily Prompt Wednesday: Fracas
No one was sure
what started
the fracas.
Was it the
splash in
the face?
Or was it
the dunking
from above
Soon everyone
was arguing,
everyone
had a point of view
Things soon
got out of hand
pushing
shoving
some decided
to hide.
We will
never know
what started
the fracas.
Oh brilliant, well captured!

When Lorikeets eat spoiled fruit from trees they do get a bit drunk like. Glad you enjoyed it Heather 🙂

Nice chuckling start to my Wednesday, Brian – thank you!
(BTW, I tried to comment yesterday on Splendor guitars but don’t know what happened. Might be in spam — or fallen out of the universe. 😉)

Funny photos. Probably a lively discussion about the pecking order.

I guess they would have a pecking order of sorts. Glad you enjoyed this post Graham 🙂

I look at this photograph and can still hardly believe that such beautiful birds are flying around your area. How lucky you are.

Over the past few years of drought not as many. Since the fires the tree have been burnt to the canopy which is just starting to come back. I am guessing that the eucalypts will have a good flowering season now that is raining so it may take a few years before the big numbers of birds return to my place 🙂

A raucous riot of colour when they gather in numbers that’s for sure. I should do a pigeon post to make you feel good. Maybe a One Word Sunday to prompt me??
