Wow tall trees – are they flame trees or was there another connection with the fab song?

They aren’t Flame Trees. Just had to use an Aussie song that I hoped you would like.
Yes they are quite enormous. Not sure of the species. The first photo is possibly a Foam Bark on the right and a Coachwood on the left. The other Forest Red Gum or Grey Gum

Actually no, I was just standing leaning against the trees. They would look much bigger if I did get down on the forest floor but the leaf litter was a bit damp and you know…..leeches ๐

Never can be too careful in a rainforest Lois ๐ also could be centipedes, spiders, ticks, snakes or all sorts under the leaf litter ๐ฎ
