I even had a shower under the gutter overflow as I had just been for a walk up the road and back and was quite sweaty. A happy dance was had

We received some beautiful light and continuous rain. I even recorded it as it happens so rarely these days.

Ended up with 18mls of glorious rain and looks like more today. Tanks are overflowing and there is some water in the dams. It has come at a good time to help the last surviving plants in my garden.

I always find it interesting how the same weather can be received entirely differently depending on the circumstances. In your case, I’m very, very happy and hope there’s more rain until all those fires are out…and then enough at the right times for regrowth and renewal.
