      1. fortunately noone else in the room as it was just me and the cat! I am squeezing in half hour pilates every morning as have huge problems with my hips at the moment. decided that shorter sessions daily might be better. So Mr Moonlight was perfect

      2. Ahhh the perfect Pilates companion. I have been stretching for my back as well. I may have to get my physiotherapist to help me out on Monday. I am an emergency today ๐Ÿ˜ฆ ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

      3. Oh no I was hoping it would go by now. A wek in and I am wondering. At first I got a walking stick from my collection to help me stand. Now I just slowly stand and do a bit of swearing then off I go xx

      4. Have a look at some of the tapered cushions they may help, and if you have pennies to spare one of the lifting up chairs.

I am currently using lots of extra cushions for my hips, which is helping plus remembering not to sit for prolonged periods of time

        It is such a pain!

      5. Yes extra cushions are the go as are stools. Not sitting for ages is also a good thing. I am not going to have this for long so I am not getting anything else. I had bursitis in my hips a few years ago. An injection of steroids? cortisone? or whatever and I could be normal again.

      6. the steroid injections haven’t worked for me ๐Ÿ˜ฆ think i am just going to have to live with it. It is more uncomfortable and frustrating than acute pain

      7. I am trying to get to England this year. K’s family heritage is Scots and she wants to do a bit of research. I have found my mothers family history book. My heritage Great great great Grandfatherers are English, there is a Welsh connection as well as on my Mothers side Lt McDonald arrived in Australia in the early 1800’s

      8. That be amazing, and if you need help with any research do say. Both MrB and I have done quite a bit of genealogical research in Scotland, England and Wales. I also have a find my past subscription so just shout if you or K want me to look anything up xx

    1. Thanks Barbara ๐Ÿ™‚ That second one was driving and saw our Moon as I came to the edge of the decent down the hill. You can just make out the road in the bottom of the photo. One of those I have to stop and grab that shot moments ๐Ÿ™‚ That is quite an old Beatles song maybe 1963?
