They are. I am feeding them small amounts of Macropod pellets and putting water stations out

This is nice. But I had a bad experience with them when we first arrived in Australia, so now I’m cautious.

I am so sorry. They are mean tempered beasts that look lovely and sweet as long as you don’t get close

But in our case, we were still inside a van and my then one year old son was still with his seatbelt on and a big father of a kangaroo sneaked his head inside the van. Its head was so big and nearly beside my son’s head. I was so afraid but it really didn’t do anything…maybe it was just greeting us.

A wild animal who sticks their head through a vehicle window is quite scary as then you actually compare their size. Luckily they are herbivores

You should see the other blooper photos. Not looking at the camera, sitting in front of the others…..sheesh it’s hard being a portrait photographer 🙂

Almost. The fires are still burning and the oly unburnt is around my house so embers could land here if the fires get close again from the north west
