The leaf

Here is a leaf for Irene’s Sunshine Macro Monday

Last week I posted a flower, this week a leaf of a Macaranga. The leaves of a Macaranga can grow up to 20cm. An Australian Native plant that grows from northern Australia to the north coast of NSW, from sea level to around 700M.  The large heart shaped leaves have a few uses including used a s a contraceptive.
