Lens-Artists Challenge #53 – Your Choice

It’s their one year anniversary so congratulations to Tina Amy Ann-Christine and Patti

There has been some suggestions for the topics to post so I am just going to go with things I enjoy photographing which I have found brings other photographers into my life who I like to refer to as my blog family. Those who comment to say what they like and offer suggestions but in all everyone is positive in their outlook, photos and friendship as well. No words of explanation as I said to a fellow blogger who said captions help, I like you to interpret my photos as you see them. Some of these have bought smiles to faces which is something I find is the reaction closest to my heart. Ready? Let’s go……….

  1. Well Brian, you came at us full-on fabulous this week. If you wanted a smile the little toy cow surely gave me one! They’re all wonderful but if forced to choose a favorite it would have to be the branch in the water. Really marvelous. Thank you so much for being an important part of our challengeπŸ’•

  3. I recognized a few – and mist were new and the post did bring a smile – but not the avian smile this time – it was the flowers – the four in a row seemed to feel like a light cake on / and okay / then the birds were there – ahhhh

  4. Wonderful post, Brian. (Lots of smiles from me!!) The one I keep coming back to is the white water lily. Gorgeous. (I hopefully identified the flower correctly!) Your openness to sharing your world makes our challenges possible. The fact that all of us in the blogging community are open and willing to do this makes me an optimist in a world where there’s plenty of pessimists. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you for your wonderful comments Patti ❀ The flower is a Moon Flower that only flowers on a full moon at night. My bestie held a torch for me one night
      One of my favourite photos.
I so love showing my world. Another twelve months beckons πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

  5. I always Love your diverse and beautiful ways of showing your love of Nature and its gifts. And as the other commenters say – you gave me some laughs as well! You know how much I loved the little animals making “pearls” in the sand -( I recognize the photo from an earlier post, but don’t remember how everything worked out?). And the serenity of the Moon flower – as far as I can see it is a species we call Princess of the Night. It only flowers for 2-3 hours in the night, so I have to stay awake to see it! And yes, you need a torch!
Thank you, Brian, for sending us valuable parts and slices of your world and joining us in our challenges!

    1. Thank you Ann-Christine πŸ™‚ Glad you enjoy the Sand Crabs little pearls. That is a lovely name Princess of the night. Have to see the bud in the day to know if it will flower, as you say, for a few hours at night.
I do so enjoy the challenges the Lens-Artists post. ❀
