The Blue-banded Bee

I can’t remember the last after and before photo challenge I participated in. I enjoy converting photos and when a Blue-banded Bee is looking for nectar I have to wander around the garden chasing bees

The Blue-banded Bee and the Blue Ginger.

I wondered what the photo would look like with a bit of selective colour

      1. Hee hee!! Thank goodness I do today . . . although when we travel on trains together officially I am his carer. He get’s a disabled card because of his deafness and so a carer is able to travel with him at a discount.

  1. I must have shimmied past this one without seeing the Full Monty. Glad I came back because I love the selective colouring, Brian. It would be a shame not to have the blue band, don’t you think? πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

    1. I am glad you came back to Jo. They are a delight to have buzzing around the garden. Before I found out their real name I called them Blue Bummed Bees πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
