That purple fringe lilly is gorgeous. Are they kangaroo berries? Possibly not since they grow on a straggly bush, but they look very similar. My dogs love kangaroo berries.

I was amazed first time I say the Fringe Lily. I am not sure the name of the vine the berries grow on. They go from green to orange to purple.

Must be a bit different as mine don’t go that deep purple colour. Instead, mine are burnt orange. Thanks for posting.

Just consulted my brainstrusts at home. They think possibly dianella. Wish I knew my Australian plants a bit better.

Sorry, I’ve confused us both. Dianella reference was to the berry, not fringe lilly. Unless of course, you meant that the fringe lilly produces a berry. I think I should stop now before I confuse myself even further, lol.
