On the way home

The Daily Post word prompt: Atmospheric

As I drive home, winding through the countryside, I come to a hill that sends me down into the valley where I then climb again to my place. This special spot almost halfway down the hill, the trees open up to reveal my valley and the Great Dividing Range in the distance. Some days are so atmospheric, I am compelled to stop, bathe in the afternoons glow and wonder at the world spread before me.
