When I first saw the word prompt from The Daily Post: Egg, a memory from a visit to the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation in Figueres in Spain came to mind. The building is an extension of Dali’s work that houses some fantastic pieces of art.

I ordered a chicken from one dealer and one egg from another over the internet.
Let’s see who comes first 🙂
Thanks to Prior from Priorhouse Blog for nominating me to try out this challenge.
This is for all the bloggers who are all around the world and come into my world as I go into theirs.
“. . and if our lives
should never quite entwine –
lights my understanding
of your world,
and sheds a gentle lustre
upon mine. . .”
Nanushka came into my life from my Mother. She saw Nanushka, whose real name is Nan Whitcomb, on TV and knowing my love of poetry gave me a book, The Thoughts of Nanushka one Christmas. I now have 4 volumes of Nan’s poetry which inspire me in my life and remind me of my parents. Now I enjoy sharing her poetry with others. The way I write poems is based on the way she writes poetry I guess.
This weeks Mundane Monday Challenge #134 comes from my besties garden.
made from her face.
Part of a garden sculpture,
now long broken
amongst the plants.
